Welcome to my blog! I have been a photographer for 7 years now. In those 7 years I have learned so much and grown both professionally and personally. Each new life experience brings me a new way to approach my photography. I used to say my passion was animals. I adore animals. Pets make life so fun and their unconditional love is something I can't do without.
Recently my life has come to a new place and my work is something that is constantly evolving. I love working with couples who are so in love they can't see straight and newborn babies whose parents are so in love THEY can't see straight, or little kids as they play with their favorite toy or pet or as they read their favorite book. It all makes my heart swell. It is life. Each new moment in life is what we make it and I want to take it all in. I want to document the most special days and the most ordinary because they are all priceless.
All sessions are photographed on location in order for me to capture life as it happens most comfortably for my clients. I encourage you to just be yourself and allow your little ones to do the same. It will be a fun experience and create images that will be most uniquely you.

We went to Disney World a few weekends back and it was amazing. Not only was it the first time for Silas but for Britney and me too. I put together a video set to Silas’ favorite song. Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend. The weather is amazing here today.

A few weekends back Silas spent the night with Taylor and I. This is the first time he has ever slept over and boy did we have fun. We decided we would just let him sleep in between us in our bed. Well we didn’t realize that meant we had to go to bed at 7:30 on a Saturday night The whole night Silas moved all over the bed. His feet most of the time were on the pillow next to my face. As you can all imagine I didn’t get much sleep. Just when I finally dozed off I heard a little voice “Kiki….. kiki…. K I K I” By the time I opened my eyes Silas was nose to nose with me. He said “You going to make me your special eggs….” I looked over at the clock since it was still dark outside. It was 5:30!!!!!!!!!!! He was ready to get up and get going for the day. HA! Me not being a morning person not so much. We watched a few cartoons and then made our way into the kitchen so I could make his special eggs. I guess yall are wondering where ole Tay was during all of this. He had slipped out sometime in the night and moved to the guest room to get his beauty sleep But Silas found Uncle and woke him up for some special eggs. Even though we, well I, didn’t get any sleep that night we all had so much fun. As you all know Silas LOVES the Goose. I had to share some pictures I got of the 2 of them.

Silas LOVES Gus so much! I found him the other day talking to him in our bedroom. Had to share these pictures with you guys. I have had a few of you ask “Where in the world is Gracie?” HA! Gracie is such a ding dong. She turned 10 this past September. I can’t believe it! She is not a people person as most of you know and she is not into having her picture taken these days. :) Silas always says, “Gracie is grouchy.” I did catch her sun bathing on the deck. Hope you all have a great day. It is so nice to see the sun.
